The Women’s Tactical Training course was the best training class I’ve attended in my career in law enforcement. The practical and scenario based training created an environment that facilitated our growth in tactical skills while allowing us to develop relationships with other women in law enforcement. The female instructors were all amazing! Their knowledge and skillsets were some of the best I’ve seen in law enforcement today!

I wanted to reach out and express my thanks to you and your company for putting on a much needed course for law enforcement professionals. This advanced surveillance course was very detailed and well thought out. It was able to incorporate multiple difference types of surveillance techniques ranging from electronic, mobile, static and undercover foot surveillance. They teach the importance of intelligence gathering surveillance as well as working towards an apprehension.
This class is will benefit even seasoned LEO’s and present a different outlook, providing tools that you can utilize and use to hone your skill set. Thank you Tacti-Cop for thinking outside the box and incorporating hands on training that can be applied in the real world.

This class is the best advanced training class I have ever taken! It was everything I wanted it to be. I have taken women’s courses before and they weren’t beneficial. In those prior classes, I learned or revisited the same techniques and topics that I’ve always learned about with tactics and other things that men teach to other men. This class was specifically geared towards women. What I mean is taking into account how we think, how our strength, size, and other adaptations need to be taken into consideration in this field. All of the instructors were really skilled in their fields and were able to improve my skills and tactics in such a short amount of time. I feel like this course was made for me. I would highly recommend it to new and senior women officers.

The Advanced Surveillance Techniques course hosted by TactiCop was one of the best courses that I have attended in my 29 years in Law Enforcement.
Agent Baez incorporates real life scenario-based instruction that encompasses being exposed to environments that promotes critical thinking and team cohesiveness. The missions that were executed involved mutual planning of all participants.
The course was comprised of much more than the following of potential targets. It incorporated other investigative tools and practices that are prevalent in real life operations such as:
-
Case and Operations Plan generation
-
Monitoring Wiretaps to gain active intelligence.
-
The identification of Co-conspirators
-
Placement and monitoring of vehicle trackers
-
Static and mobile (Both vehicle and on-foot)
-
The implementation of critical thinking and improvisation to adjust to constantly changing environments.
Each day began with a briefing and the formation of an operations plan. At the end of day, another briefing was held to discuss the day’s operation and, through the instructor, receive feedback from the role players.
This unique course involved a beginning, middle, and end which resulted in a Take-Down of the criminal organization.
The instructional model of real-life scenarios utilized by Agent Baez through TactiCop, are essential to the Law Enforcement profession solidifying that all potential situations are fluid and dynamic.

You know a class is a truly good one when you find yourself constantly talking about it and telling everyone with that "proactive cop" drive that this is a class they NEED to take. Agent Baez’s Narcotics course is hands down the finest class you can take to improve your experience and knowledge of street drugs and how to deal with it proactively and effectively. Learning about and actively practicing numerous aspects of mobile surveillance from vehicles and on foot while in the field, coordinating and conducting narcotics buys, and executing vehicle takedowns utilizing some of the most real-life feeling, hands-on, and immersive scenarios and training possible left me feeling miles ahead of where I was before taking the class. Baez has long established himself as one of the most knowledgeable and experienced instructors and mentors to everyone that has had the good fortune to be taught by him. Few teachers have ever left their students with training and scenarios of such a high quality and at a level that they carry with them the lessons learned for the rest of their careers, referring back to them even in the most high-stress and dangerous situations they find themselves in on the street. I know I have and continue to draw back to what he taught me every day.

I am a former student of Agent Baez's and I participated in what I thought was going to be a mostly classroom, book-driven, written test-and-done class. To my surprise this “class” was more like an experience! I felt the class come together from a diverse set of years on duty, leadership positions, and different assigned areas in their department. Agent Baez’s approach to learning is hands-on, hands-on, hands-on! Our job is always hands-on, planning, and execution and that’s what he delivered. I’ve never been so excited about a training opportunity to share with my fellow officers to gain valuable, and potentially life-saving methods to really perform what we were meant to do as police officers. This type of training really allows the officers an opportunity to carry out what they’ve been wanting to do for years! This training boosted my self-confidence and knowledge in a highly tangible manner. I’m excited to do any further new training with Agent Baez whenever I’m given the chance. Highly recommend and would do again !

I’ve been in law enforcement for close to ten years now and have taken numerous classes. This class was by far the best I have taken. The whole week was hands on and practical. Spending a week doing active surveillance and putting in the work really makes you learn how to do things. Agent Baez was there monitoring and helping out if we began to struggle and lead us back to our objective. Not only was the class informative, but it was really fun. I cannot recommend this class enough.

I attended the TactiCop Advanced Surveillance Techniques Class June 10, 2024, through June 14, 2024. If you are looking for a realistic hands-on training experience to develop techniques as a rookie or veteran investigator, this is the awesome training experience. As an Investigator who had no knowledge of the local area, it took me out of my comfort zone and allowed me to create alliances with investigators from local law enforcement agencies to help me navigate through the city streets and interstate highways.
The scenarios required the investigator’s involvement which included being mobile in vehicle and on foot on actionable intelligence. The actionable intelligence required investigators to think outside the box, to include blending in with the target’s environment. Also developing Probable Cause (PC) and taking the necessary steps to generate a warrant for placing tracker on the target's vehicle as well as going up on wire for the target's cellular telephone.
The greatest take away from this training was expect the unexpected and how surveillances can easily become an Undercover Operation or a Target Takedown.
I would take this training again, as self-examination to identify areas of complacency, break habitual behaviors, and learn the latest techniques for conducting surveillances.
Thank you, to Agent Baez and his team, for providing a realistic hands-on training experience.
